I am a not-so-typical 20-something living and working in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA, USA. I am a jack of all trades (and of course, master of none) for the philanthropic arm of a large non-profit where I run the scholarships and awards program and write and edit copy for the quarterly newsletter among other things.

As a blogger, I wish to make my socially conscious voice heard while pointing out the absurdities of current events and giving a peek into my own life all at the same time. While this approach may be a bit unfocused, I’m going to continue on this path until I find where my voice is strongest and most engaging. However, I may decide that I wish to continue the mixed bag of musings if I can’t concentrate on just one thing (and of course, if my throngs of fans and loyal readers request me to do so as well).

My lifelong passion for music has taken me on a journey of being a singer, lyric writer, turntable DJ, and a Salsa dancer (total beginner as of 16 June 2008). I also have a passion for basketball, an enjoyment for football, and a tolerance for baseball in a social setting. My plan to travel to every single beautiful beach in the world and go snorkeling at each of them will come to fruition as soon as I win the lottery or meet that right woman with an executive job or rich parents.
